Our aim is to be the undisputed market leader in our core EH&B business: insured pensions and health / disability insurance consulting and brokerage and been seen as such by our clients, our people and our competitors.


This vacancy is for a sales support in our Sales team based in our London office. As a sales support you will provide support to sales consultants and corporate consultants in the tender process for new business opportunities. You will act as a lead on sales projects and will ensure a smooth transition for client installation from the sales team to the servicing teams.


The key responsibilities of the role include:



  • Project Management of tender process ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Provide support to the sales consultants on tender and presentation responses to new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional input to preparing proposal documents to a high standard utilising Pragmatech as appropriate.
  • Create professional and creative presentations, arrange all production and logistics for pitch rehearsal meetings.

  • CRM (M Drive) Power User and therefore keeps abreast of updates and runs ad hoc training sessions to enhance colleague?s knowledge of M Drive. Participate in Power User calls.

  • Production of sales reports and analysis for Head of Sales and Business leader.
  • Taking responsibility for managing sales campaigns and initiatives ? driving activity and ensuring that project deadlines are met.
  • Provide a service compliant with Mercer procedures and Code of Professional Conduct and any appropriate external regulatory bodies.
  • Attending prospect meetings with sales professionals.

  • Owning research of prospects for sales professionals.
